Wrap Me In Your Arms

I am rarely lonely.
Part of that is very healthy while a secret part uses it as a defense mechanism for withdrawing from the fray. I run away from conflict and let the issue fester until it has to be lanced. That "don't rock the boat" mentality keeps the Lord out of the issue. Jesus not only rocked boats, but He stepped out of one and walked on water.
When we cower and hide, He will not interfere. Instead choose to know that perfect love casts out fear and He is that perfect love. If I must run, I must run into His arms.
